Role OverviewThe Plant Controller/Accountant will be responsible for directing the financial activities of the plant in compliance with Corporate policies and Accounting guidelines. This is a top on-site accounting position with matrix reporting to the Plant Manager and to the Americas Accounting Department.
What You Will Do
Provide management with accurate financial information to measure and guide plant operations, use data and reporting tools to suggest strategies to minimize costs, and collaborate with and present information to managers and corporate executives.

Must have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a directly related field, plus four (4) years of post-baccalaureate and progressively responsible experience in a related position.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a directly related field
- Four (4) years of post-baccalaureate and progressively responsible experience in a related position
- Two (2) years of experience in conducting variance & trend analysis, manufacturing accounting, intercompany accounting, working cross-functionally, and working with non-U.S. based subsidiaries
- Experience with Syteline, SAP, and HFM, data analytics, and drawing concise insights from large sets of data
