Role OverviewThe Plant Controller will lead the financial staff at the plant and be accountable for plant level responsibilities including general ledger accounting, cost accounting and manufacturing variance management, capital and inventory accounting, financial reporting, and several financial management activities.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will analyze and accurately report current month’s financial and operational results to the plant and corporate management, track and report out on critical KPIs, prepare monthly rolling forecasts and annual operating plan for the plant, and ensure full compliance to the Company’s global costing methodology.

The ideal candidate will have a B.S. in Accounting or Business Administration degree, 5-10 years of experience as a plant controller or cost manager in a manufacturing environment, and proficiency in Excel spreadsheets and SAP. They will also have strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to garner collaborative relationships.
Requirements
- B.S. in Accounting or Business Administration degree
- 5-10 years of experience as a plant controller or cost manager in a manufacturing environment
- CPA/CMA certification desired
- High level of proficiency in Excel spreadsheets and SAP
- Experience with ERP system implementations and IFS system desirable
- Proficient knowledge of US-GAAP desired
- Demonstrated leadership as part of a cross-functional plant management team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English required
