Job Description
The Plant Controller is responsible for overall financial management of the plant, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls. The role requires a strong understanding of GAAP compliance, cost accounting, business analysis, and market and product segmentation.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of ERP/manufacturing systems
  • Understanding of customer and market segmentation
  • Management skills and ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Financial planning and analysis skills
