Job Description
NatureWorks is looking for a Plant Controller to lead plant accounting, manage financial and production reporting, and drive process improvements in our Blair, NE manufacturing plant.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA preferred
  • 6+ years experience in accounting, with cost accounting and financial statement analysis in a global organization
  • CPA or CMA certification preferred
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP system implementation

Benefits

  • Pay Range: $125,000 to $145,000 with 13% annual bonus potential
  • Paid Time Off: 180 hours of vacation, 3 floating holidays, and 9 company-paid holidays
