Role OverviewThe Plant Custodian is responsible for cleaning dormitories, educational and administrative buildings, and performing outside work. The role requires minimal supervision and strong organizational and communication skills.
What You Will Do
The Plant Custodian will clean common areas, bathrooms, kitchens, stairs, and other spaces. They will also perform outside work, including shoveling snow and cleaning door entrances.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Less than six months work experience
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong ability to organize time effectively
- Strong communication skills, especially with verbal and written instructions
