Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will shape the operational strategy for sustainable, profitable growth and performance while working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include creating a compelling vision and strategy for the Owen operation, developing proactive relationships with key customers and suppliers, and leading key strategic forward-looking change initiatives and operational projects.

Requirements
- Bachelor Degree: Engineering, Chemistry or Manufacturing
- 10+ years experience with minimal of 5 years in a leadership role at Food or Beverage manufacturing facility
- Demonstrated leadership excellence with the ability to strengthen the company's operational capability through honed skills, a process-discipline-mindset, and impact that builds credibility and inspires confidence.
