Role OverviewWe are seeking a Plant Engineer to join our Operations team in Gastonia, NC. This position will be responsible for improving manufacturing processes, supporting facility operations, developing continuous improvement initiatives, and helping drive efficiency, quality, safety, and cost reduction.
What You Will Do
Develop and manage continuous improvement projects focused on efficiency and cost reduction, analyze manufacturing processes and workflows, design and test process upgrades and new process systems, and troubleshoot production and process issues.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- At least 1 year of process engineering experience
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Experience with process engineering software
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality
- ISO and Lean Manufacturing experience preferred
