Requirements

  • Willingness to work in Hattiesburg, MS, Houston/Sugar Land, Texas, Fife, WA, and Tolleson, AZ
  • Willingness to travel among our facilities for WCC sponsored travel at least 40% of the time
  • Superior organizational skills with aptitude for problem-solving and independent judgment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Mechanical aptitude and general knowledge of Engineering software
  • Continuous improvement minded and flexible to improving processes for efficiency
