What You Will Do
You’ll help with planting, shifting, and caring for plants while operating or assisting with nursery equipment. Your responsibilities may vary and can include planting, shifting, filling containers with soil, root pruning, removing weeds and debris, repairing ground cover, labeling plants, loading and unloading plants, and assisting with potting machinery.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 month+ of experience working in horticulture, agriculture, landscaping, or other outdoor labor-intensive environments.
- Experience using basic hand tools or performing manual labor such as planting, pruning, or grounds maintenance.
- Familiarity with safe work practices, PPE use, and outdoor working conditions.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
- Demonstrated manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to perform tasks such as planting, pruning, assembling containers, and handling small tools.
