Role OverviewReporting to the Division Controller, you will be a critical business partner to the General Manager, a trusted voice for the plant leadership team, and a visible finance leader with exposure to Revere’s CFO and other C-suite executives.
What You Will Do
Lead plant financial reporting, close, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, inventory, and internal controls. Serve as the financial co-pilot to the General Manager, translating results into clear actions and stronger business decisions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
- 3+ years in manufacturing and demonstrated people leadership
- Strong command of cost accounting, GAAP, close, forecasting, inventory, and internal controls
- Proven ability to partner with operations leaders, influence decisions, and explain financial results to non-financial audiences
- Advanced Excel and ERP experience
- Willingness to relocate to Northwest Ohio
