Role OverviewThe Plant Foreman plays a crucial role in coordinating the delivery of Cemex products, ensuring efficient and timely service to customers. This involves working closely with production and yard personnel to schedule deliveries, factoring in truck capacity, delivery distances, and unloading times. The Plant Foreman must also ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and promptly address any service quality issues.
What You Will Do
Daily responsibilities include delivery scheduling, customer service collaboration, driver assignment, quality assurance, internal relationship building, load tracking, and process improvement. The Plant Foreman must also generate and manage invoices, delivery tickets, and shipping documents.
