Job Description
We are looking for a Plant HR Generalist to assist, coordinate and administer various aspects of the organization's compensation and benefit, recruitment, training, organizational development, and employee relations programs. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, and 2-4 years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • Administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company employees
  • Provides HR Policy guidance and interpretation
  • Plans, organizes, and controls all activities of the department
  • Implements compensation program
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees
  • Conducts recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt employees
  • Handles employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling, and exit interviewing
