Role OverviewThe Plant HR Generalist will assist in the execution of staffing, payroll, performance management, employee development, training and succession planning. This hands-on position is responsible for driving the implementation of HR processes and initiatives.
What You Will Do
The Plant HR Generalist will train and monitor work accuracy of Payroll/HR responsibilities with managers, maintain and reconcile all hourly payroll files and data for the plant, process weekly plant hourly payroll, and assist in the administration of employee benefit and compensation programs.

Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Previous experience in payroll administration in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of Ceridian DayForce and SAP
