Job Description
Join Produce Innovations/Loffredo Fresh Foods as a Plant Maintenance Manager based out of our food processing plant in Norwalk, IA. As a Plant Maintenance Manager, you will lead and direct the plant's maintenance function in a dynamic 24/6 operation.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of supervisory/management experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical troubleshooting, including the ability to read schematics.
  • Basic knowledge of refrigeration systems.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to foster collaboration across teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and equipment management.
