Role OverviewThe Plant Manager / CDL Mixer Operator oversees daily operations of a ready mix concrete plant, operates a concrete mixer truck as needed, and ensures safe, efficient production and delivery of quality concrete while maintaining high standards for customer service, equipment maintenance, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities include overseeing daily batching and production, scheduling deliveries, supervising plant employees, monitoring inventory, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a clean and safe plant environment.

Requirements
