Role OverviewAs a Plant Manager - Multi Site, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for converting and mill operations, champion a strong safety culture, and drive operational performance through KPI management and data-driven decision making.

Your key responsibilities will include building trust, managing change, and fostering a collaborative team environment, as well as coaching and developing plant leadership teams and production supervisors.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field

- Experience leading unionized manufacturing operations is an asset
