Role OverviewDirects and coordinates overall operations for the pet food plant, ensuring objectives are achieved at the lowest cost consistent with quality requirements. Directs all functions involved such as maintenance, manufacturing, production, purchasing, accounting, and administration.
What You Will Do
Drives Safety and Organizational Values, directs production, maintains plant property and equipment, prepares and submits operating reports, assures effective customer service and relations, selects, trains, develops, and motivates manufacturing staff, and assures compliance with company policy and federal, state, and local regulations.

Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of directly related experience in a poultry processing/protein conversion plant. High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor’s degree in a related field, is preferred. DIRECTLY RELATED work experience, will be accepted, on a year-for-year basis in lieu of the educational requirement.
