Job Description
The Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the manufacturing plant and its employees. This includes planning, organizing, and directing all operational activities at the facility in alignment with corporate and business unit guidelines, policies, procedures, and objectives. The position also develops and implements business strategies that drive continuous improvement across all areas of the operation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or a related field
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Computer literacy
  • 10-15 years of relevant plant managing experience
  • Proven experience applying business and management principles
  • Knowledge of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory, and stewardship processes
  • Ability to create accountability and lead by example
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities across multiple departments
  • Must have the ability to lead a team and to build talent in support of the team
