Role OverviewThe Plant Manager II will be responsible for coordinating and directing the production operations of a manufacturing facility, assuming responsibility for safety, overseeing costs, methods, operations, quality, and quantity of production.
What You Will Do
The Plant Manager II will initiate, demonstrate, direct, and enforce safety practices and procedures, demonstrate leadership and judgment, interpret and apply company policies, and ensure compliance with SQF/HACCP policies.

Requirements
