Job Description
Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, LLC (Coke Florida) is seeking a Plant Manager for its Hollywood location, responsible for leading the technological and cultural transformation of a large operation, delivering all operational strategy and outcomes, and ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations across the entire plant.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive management leadership experience in operations, manufacturing, or production environments.
  • Prior manufacturing leadership experience is required; food and beverage industry experience preferred.
  • Lean / Continuous Improvement experience
  • Prior warehouse leadership experience is required; Automated Warehouse experience with ASRS, AGV's and or LGV's, and Vertique preferred
