Job Description
Precoat Metals is seeking a Plant Manager to lead the success of their Weirton plant through operational guidance and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in manufacturing, a BS degree in Engineering, Business, or a technical discipline, and 6 Sigma Certification. The Plant Manager will drive continuous improvement, manage plant finances, and develop a high-performing team.

  • 10 years experience in manufacturing environment
  • BS degree in Engineering, Business, or other technical discipline
  • 6 Sigma Certification
  • Front Line Supervision or Production Management Experience
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Experience managing both hourly and professional employees
