Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • 3+ years in a senior plant, operations, or site leadership role with full P&L or cost-center accountability
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, optimization, and other process improvement processes
