What You Will Do
Provide overall leadership and direction for all manufacturing operations, develop and execute operational strategies, plan and optimize daily operations, champion a culture of safety, and drive operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives.

Requirements

- Excellent communication, team-building, coaching, and leadership abilities
