You will lead manufacturing operations to achieve quality, delivery, cost, and performance goals, and develop annual operating plans, budgets, and capacity analysis.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the packaging and paper converting industry
- Experience directing and leading multishift production teams
- Bachelor’s degree in management, engineering, or equivalent industrial experience
- Strong manufacturing leadership and team-development skills
- Ability to think strategically while remaining connected to day-to-day operations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to delegate effectively and achieve results through others
- Microsoft Office proficiency
