Role OverviewThe Plant Manager is responsible for the overall effectiveness of day-to-day manufacturing operations, leading personnel in safety, quality, customer service, and resource utilization. The primary duties include enforcing safety and quality policies, leading safety and quality initiatives, and developing and implementing corrective action plans.
What You Will Do
You will understand and enforce safety and quality policies, lead safety and quality initiatives, develop and implement corrective action plans, and oversee production planning to ensure customer requirements are satisfied.
