Role OverviewThe Plant Manager is responsible for the functional oversight of all production facility activities, including the mining and grinding of pozzolan materials, and/or drying, screening, and testing of landfilled fly ash material.
What You Will Do
Manage all areas of greenfield start up, direct shift production teams, optimize processes, work closely with QC department, and ensure product quality.

Requirements
- Excellent organizational and management of people

- Basic knowledge of OSHA and/or MSHA regulations and safety requirements
- Engineering or Technical Degree preferred
- 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
