Role OverviewThe Plant Manager will lead the manufacturing operations in Brea, California, responsible for the facility's overall performance, including production, quality, safety, staffing, scheduling, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a strong manufacturing leader who understands the demands of a fast-paced label printing and converting environment and can build an accountable, safety-focused, high-performing team.
What You Will Do
Provide overall leadership and direction for daily plant operations, manage production activities to achieve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost objectives, and lead and develop production supervisors, operators, and support personnel.

Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience
- Experience managing a production facility or significant manufacturing operation
- Label printing, flexible packaging, commercial printing, converting, or closely related manufacturing experience
- Experience with flexographic and/or digital printing operations
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing KPIs, production scheduling, waste reduction, labor management, and continuous improvement
- Demonstrated ability to lead supervisors and hourly production teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to balance production demands, customer priorities, quality requirements, and cost objectives
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-driven manufacturing environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline
