Role OverviewThe Plant Manager will provide strategic operational oversight for all production and operating processes with moderate complexity at our Flora, IL location. This role oversees safety, quality, operational effectiveness, and financial performance within animal feed. The Plant Manager will lead a team, coach, and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include ensuring employee, food, and feed safety and environmental compliance program standards and goals are implemented. The Plant Manager will lead strategic and tactical operations and quality management deliverables to ensure customer, product, and quality standard requirements are met within specifications.
