Job Description
The Weekend Operations Supervisor provides front line leadership and direction, supervision, operations performance measurement, problem solving direction and attention to assigned production areas within the facility.

Requirements

  • Act as the business owner for specific departments
  • Adjust operator according to scheduled requirements
  • Build, lead, develop and motivate product teams
  • Identify, understand, report, and improve manufacturing variances
  • Lead daily performance reviews
  • Work daily as team member with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Maintenance
  • Develop and own Team based training matrices
  • Protect assigned teams from interruption for any reason
  • Lead compliance to Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Documentation Practices
  • Oversee all production personnel directly and through Team Lead input
