Job Description
The Plant Office Administrator will provide administrative support to the plant and office, including bookkeeping, accounting, and office management tasks. The successful candidate will have experience in bookkeeping or accounting, and knowledge of accounting principles and office practices. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or related experience is preferred
  • Experience in aggregates, construction, or an industrial environment is preferred
  • Must possess a fundamental understanding of accounting principles
  • Must have knowledge of common office practices, procedures, and use of office equipment
  • Must be able to use computers, cell phones, and other electronic devices
  • Must have appropriate typing skills and a thorough understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite
  • Must have outstanding communication skills and the ability to interact well with people in all levels of the organization
  • Must act with unyielding integrity and honesty in business transactions, promote company policies, and hold self and other employees accountable
