Role Overview

The Plant Operations Associate will perform maintenance, installation, and repair duties under general supervision. This includes maintaining automated control systems, electronic and mechanical systems, fire alarm systems, and refrigeration systems. The associate may also generate computer programs and graphics to maximize energy efficiency and remotely control equipment.

What You Will Do

The main day-to-day responsibilities of the Plant Operations Associate include performing maintenance, installation, and repair duties, generating computer programs and graphics, and remotely controlling equipment. The associate may also coordinate work with maintenance engineers and perform welding as needed.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate for this role will have the ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions, as well as possess a certificate in Pneumatics and Hydraulics or Climate Control Technology, or equivalent experience. The associate should also have one to two years of experience in industrial repair work, welding, or working with hospital equipment.
