Plant Operations Manager Alliance

The Plant Operations Manager will lead all aspects of the manufacturing operations and continuous improvement activities of a plant, business unit or value stream to meet customer and company expectations.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, on-going performance management, rewarding, coaching and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent amount of relevant work experience
