Role OverviewThe Plant Operations Supervisor will provide strategic operational oversight for all production operations at our Stockton, CA facility. This role involves overseeing and holding the operating facility accountable to standards for safety, quality, operational effectiveness, and financial performance.
What You Will Do
Execute routine operations, monitor production outcomes, partner with production supervisor and warehouse supervisor, administer production budget, develop operational plans, and supervise direct reports.

This role requires a strong ability to lift up to 50 lb. bulk bags, experience with SAP, and lean Six Sigma. The ideal candidate will have two years of supervisory experience, three years of feed mill or food manufacturing experience, and a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
