Role OverviewThe Plant Operator is responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the asphalt plant to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. This role involves monitoring plant systems, coordinating materials flow, performing adjustments, and maintaining equipment to meet production goals and specifications.
What You Will Do
Operate and monitor plant controls to regulate material flow and asphalt production, ensure production meets required quality standards and specifications, perform routine inspections and maintenance on plant equipment, troubleshoot and resolve operational or mechanical issues, maintain accurate production and maintenance records, and coordinate with other personnel.

Requirements
- High school diploma or General Education Degree GED
- 2-3 years of previous related experience
- Previous knowledge of heavy equipment
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screen and criminal background check
