Role OverviewThe Plant Operator is responsible for all facets of plant operations, including grinding, material handling, and pollution control equipment and processes. The role requires a strong mechanical, electrical, process, and support systems skills. The Plant Operator will work in a team environment to promote a zero-injury safety culture and ensure compliance with production, quality, and maintenance processes.
What You Will Do
The Plant Operator will assist with plant operations, monitor and record daily levels of ground Bottom Ash and Fly Ash, communicate with the Lead Operator and Operations Manager, and perform mechanical/process troubleshooting. The role also involves operating small utility mobile equipment, heavy equipment, and performing maintenance on process equipment and facilities.
