Job Description
The Plant Optimization Engineer Position is a 2-year rotational training program designed to develop recent engineering graduates into well-rounded employees and future leaders at PCA. The role involves completing engineering process optimization projects and providing engineering support to plant functions. Upon successful completion, the engineer will transition into a new full-time role in the chosen career path.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in engineering
  • 0-2 years previous engineering experience
  • Ability to work first, second, or third shift during production department rotation
  • Self-driven and passionate about working in a hands-on, manufacturing environment
  • Ability to travel and possess valid documents for travel
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Leadership experience or strong leadership skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to create alternative solutions
