Role OverviewThe Plant President provides leadership in the development and execution of plans and strategies for continually improving people, processes, technology, and culture. The role is responsible for monitoring employee development, equipment performance and utilization, safety practices, and other key business indicators.
What You Will Do
Lead the plant to improve sales pipeline, safety, quality, productivity, and reduction of waste. Prepare and manage capital and operational budgets. Improve employee performance through education and training programs.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of diversified management experience within the printing industry or similar manufacturing industry, with proven success in leading operations teams. Experience leading sales teams is highly desired.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Industrial Management, Engineering, Graphic Arts or related field, or equivalent years of experience
