Job Description
Directs all day-to-day manufacturing activities in a plant facility, supervises team leaders, and leads teams to achieve production goals in safety, quality, cost, delivery, and other plant metrics. Supports continuous improvement activities using lean manufacturing tools and drives culture change on the shop floor.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Five years of manufacturing experience
  • Ten years of manufacturing experience (in lieu of degree)
  • Lean manufacturing background
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with MAPICS or other MRP system (preferred)
