What You Will Do
As a Plant Security Officer, you will monitor campus premises, control access points, respond to alarms and emergencies, and maintain a visible security presence.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current and valid California Guard Card required
- Three (3) years of security guard experience preferred; healthcare experience a plus
- Experience working in a Security Operations Center (SOC) or control room preferred
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with residents, staff, visitors, and volunteers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Flexible schedule availability
- Ability to multitask and remain attentive at assigned post
