Role OverviewHuman Resources Generalists are responsible for operational HR functions in the plant, supporting the goals of the HR division and providing responsive and value-added services to all employees.
What You Will Do
Primary duties include enforcing safety and health policies, handling employee relations issues, preparing employment records, managing temporary labor, and completing reports.
