Role OverviewThe Plant Supervisor is responsible for supervising and directing employees operating and performing maintenance at a 24/7 Wastewater Facility. The supervisor assists the Engineering Management team via reporting, policy and procedure implementation to maintain and improve plant operation within regulations and approved budget.
What You Will Do
Manage employee performance and workflow, plan and assign operators to maintain the wastewater treatment plant, ensure compliance with company safety policies, and prepare reports submitted to regulatory agencies.
