Role OverviewResponsible for providing guidance, direction, training and establishing and directing performance objectives for production, safety/regulatory, shipping, planning, receiving, and maintenance.

Supervise employees, ensure equipment operation, check material quality, enforce safety rules, and manage material inventories.

Requirements
- A minimum of five (5) years of manufacturing/production supervisory experience
- Understanding of planning and processes in a recycling environment and the impact of health and safety and environmental issues at the local, state, and federal levels
- Fluency in PC applications – Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint
- Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written means with all levels of the company
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, procedures manuals
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups, managers, clients, customers, and public
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical and governmental regulations
- Professional Attitude & conduct
- Multi-task, interpersonal communication, problem solving, and time management skills
- High degree of safety awareness and safety discipline
- Willingness to travel and work away from home when and if required
- Ability to work nights and weekends when necessary
- Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated operations and production areas as stated by PRATT Safety and OSHA
