Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Plastic Welder to join our manufacturing team. The Plastic Welder is responsible for fabricating, assembling, and welding plastic components and systems according to engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
What You Will Do
Perform plastic welding using appropriate methods and equipment, including hot air welding, extrusion welding, socket fusion, butt fusion, or other applicable techniques. Inspect materials and completed welds to ensure they meet quality and customer requirements.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous experience in plastic welding, plastic fabrication, manufacturing, or a related field preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
- Experience working with thermoplastic materials such as PVC, CPVC, PP, PVDF, HDPE, or similar materials is preferred
- Knowledge of plastic welding and fusion techniques is preferred
- Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to accurately take measurements and perform basic mathematical calculations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new welding and fabrication techniques
