Role OverviewResponsible for the execution of product and process improvement projects, product quality resolution, product scale-up, process troubleshooting, new equipment installation/testing, development and implementation of innovative and competitive product designs, materials, systems, and processes, as well as process validation.
What You Will Do
Provides day to day engineering support to molding, blow molding, QC, automation and tooling as required to meet business goals. Provides engineering support on long-term manufacturing and quality initiatives.

Requirements
- BA/BS in Mechanical, Packaging or Plastics Engineering
- Minimum ten (10) years’ relevant work experience
- Minimum three years’ relevant work experience
- Experience with Creo or SOLIDWORKS strongly desired
