Job Description
We are building a centralized platform team to own all internal systems, covering revenue tooling, HR, finance, security enablement, and observability. This role starts with GTM infrastructure (HubSpot + Clay) and expands into automation, internal systems, and reliability across the entire company.

Requirements

  • Build the GTM Engine
  • Own and evolve our HubSpot architecture including objects, workflows, scoring, and reporting.
  • Design ICP enrichment and outbound automation in Clay.
  • Integrate product and behavioral data into revenue workflows.
  • Create clean funnel visibility from lead to revenue to renewal.
  • Wire Systems End-to-End
  • Connect revenue, finance, and internal tools into a reliable prospect-to-cash flow.
  • Eliminate manual processes with scripts, APIs, and automation.
  • Stabilize and improve existing integrations before building new ones.
  • Own Reliability & Observability
  • Monitor integrations for failure and data drift.
  • Implement logging, retries, and error handling.
  • Help standardize internal incident management and visibility.
  • Support Security & Internal Tooling
  • Contribute to identity rollouts and access controls.
  • Improve internal workflows across HR, finance, and corporate apps.
  • Build systems that scale without increasing headcount.
