Job Description
As a Platform Operations 2 at HDR, you will be responsible for building and maintaining dashboards, alerts, and health checks for VCF platform operations, as well as investigating incidents and coordinating resolution with infrastructure and platform teams. You will also support integration of VCF Operations with Dynatrace, ServiceNow, and other enterprise operations platforms, and contribute to automation of operational checks and alert enrichment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in infrastructure monitoring, systems operations, platform support, or operational engineering
  • Experience with observability or monitoring platforms in enterprise infrastructure environments
  • Experience supporting incident management processes and operational escalations
