Job Description
Whalar is seeking a Platform Support Specialist to join their team, providing first line of support to creators, talent reps, and internal teams using their platform, Foam and Echo. This role involves authenticating accounts, onboarding new users, troubleshooting issues, gathering feedback, and building scalable support systems. It's a key role in ensuring every user has a great experience and helping them succeed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer service or tech support experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Intercom (or similar tools) and basic knowledge of Jira, Miro, or Figma.
  • Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • A true team player.
