Platting CAD Technician

Requirements

• Work directly with Senior CAD Technicians to create and annotate plats per Elevation standards
• Addresses redlines and markups from internal/external reviews and QA/QC prior to plat submittal
• Basic understanding of AutoCAD and Civil 3D drafting tools
• Basic understanding of Elevation CAD and platting standards
• Ability to understand, address, and back-check basic plat comments (with guidance)
• Basic understanding of land development terminology
• Ability to identify potential design issues or inconsistencies
