Job Description
The Player Services Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the player services department, including staffing, customer flow, and cash handling procedures. The supervisor will also be responsible for training and developing team members, as well as implementing changes to improve team member and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year related experience
  • Minimum 1 year supervisory experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to type 30-35 words per minute with accuracy
  • Previous computer skills preferred
  • Ability to enjoy working with the public
  • Display leadership ability
