Job Description
The Resource Exchange seeks a Playgroup Assistant to help create a warm and welcoming environment for children and their caregivers in the Bailey community. The role involves leading playgroup activities, connecting families with resources, and ensuring compliance with grant requirements.

Requirements

  • At least two years experience working in an early childhood environment or related experience
  • CPR & First Aid Certification
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood, Education or related field (preferred)
  • Working knowledge of Medicaid Waiver programs and requirements (preferred)
  • Experience working with persons with disabilities (preferred)
  • Knowledge of and experience working with community resources and resource development (preferred)
